LC 1400 – Summerville Room (Columbus Learning Center) Capacity: 99
Description
Capacity & Configurations: This room has a maximum capacity of 99 people.
The furniture in the room can be configured in several different ways, including the options listed below.
- U-shaped Tables (default configuration) – capacity for 34 people; 36 if chairs placed at corners of tables
- Closed Loop of Tables – capacity for 40 people; 44 if placing chairs at corners of tables (people at end of the room will not be able to see the screen behind them)
- Classroom (rows of tables) – capacity for 48 people (not all tables can be powered in this set-up)
- Seminar (rows of chairs) – capacity for 99 chairs
Please note that AirPark Campus organizations are responsible for configuring the furniture to meet their needs. For all non-AirPark Campus organizations, please indicate on the room booking form which configuration you would like as part of your reservation and we will set it up accordingly prior to the start of your reservation.

- Projector & 16x10 screen
- 4 Line-of-site displays on the walls
- Camera for distance communications
- Ceiling microphones & speakers
Reservation Fee: Please note that for all non-AirPark Campus organizations there is a reservation fee to use this space. This fee is waived for all affiliates of the AirPark Columbus College Campus.
